Dividend Investor & Stock market crash

Other day one of blogger indicated US S&P in bull run from 2009 and in one of the trading seminar Trading Guru also told Nifty/Sensex is bullish for more than decade their trajectory says stronger and longer Bull run, Harder the landing some say crash is imminent for healthy correction but for investor who's looking for income or dividend investor what would be your strategy? sell and keep cash(Cash is also a position) or look for other alternative investments.
Secured/less risk products will also yield low due to interest drop in the country, now real estate is only solution or something else ?

As of now I'm working on few things :
  • Re-aligning Portfolio without losing focus on the goal
  • Continue to be Dividend investor( Buy stocks which Yields Dividend of 6-8% looking at past track record)
  • Will be hunting for growth stocks in small/Microcaps.
  • LargeCap stocks accumulation will be only while NIFTY-PE Falls below 18
  • Refer ( https://craytheon.com/charts/nifty_pe_ratio_pb_value_dividend_yield_chart.php)
  • Stock and Derivative Trading was my 2016 experiments on smaller time frame now focusing on larger time frame so that it sync with DOING NOTHING
  • Looking for rental income with good returns of 7-8%
  • Increase exposure on REITs considering Interest rate increase in US
  • Largely focus on being LOCAL rather GLOBAL as Indian market continue show good performance in 2017.
  • Lastly practicing idea of " DOING NOTHING " finding spiritual success
  • Enrolling to Yoga to slim down and focus on Doing nothing.
will share more about Doing nothing in next blog.
